This Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement is a contract between you and Central Michigan Kundalini, LLC, and is effective upon date of purchase of "The Radiant Body Collective" Membership.
By signing below, you agree to the following terms:
1. Frequency of payments. An automatic recurring payment of $40 will be made monthly on the same date as purchase (ex: Purchase is May 1, payment will be made June1, July 1, etc.). You will not receive advance notice of this payment but will receive post-payment confirmation.
2. Class Access. This monthly payment provides you access to Live Zoom classes, Recorded Class Library, and scheduled monthly extra events as scheduled. Class times and dates are subject to change.
3. Changing Automatic Payments. If you would like to change or cancel your payment you may do so at any time by emailing kris@krisbatzner.com. Please allow one week notice to stop or change payment information. No refunds will be provided.
Agreement to these conditions
By signing below and providing Payment Information I agree that I have read and understand this Agreement. I authorize Central Michigan Kundalini, LLC to charge $40 monthly to the specified Payment method. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification as required under this Agreement. I represent and warrant that I have full authority to enter into this Agreement and make representation herein.
